Shipping policy
All deliveries will take anywhere between 1-4 Days.
In the event that there is no stock, we will notify you. Please allow 1-3 Weeks until stock is available from our international suppliers.
All our products that are shipped, are guaranteed to be inspected before handling of couriers - therefore will not be defective before delivery. Our couriers take great care of our products. This is to insure customers do not take "chances" when returing defective items. Ultimately if your product is malfunctioning - please send us a full report to Marketing@seacret.co.za and revert to the refund policy
COVID-19 Precautions
To ensure that our customers and courier partners are kept safe:
- Our warehouses are following all stipulated safety and hygiene guidelines
- Our couriers are wearing masks, using sanitiser and keeping a distance of at least 1.5m
- We don't require a signature on delivery - our courier will sign for you
We ask you to do your part too by:
- Wearing a mask when you receive goods
- Allowing for a distance of 1.5m between you and our couriers
- Sanitising your goods when you've received them
